Venky Atluri Reveals Plot for Dulquer Salmaan’s ‘Lucky Baskhar’
Lucky Baskhar – Dulquer Salmaan is getting ready to star in Venky Atluri’s forthcoming Telugu film Lucky Baskhar. Meenakshi Chaudhary is also a part of it. The release date of the film is October 31, 2024, which happens to fall on the same day as Diwali.
According to 123Telugu, Venky Atluri has been doing a lot of advertising for the film and has revealed some interesting story points recently. He elaborated by saying that no previous film in South or Bollywood Indian cinema has tackled the topic of banking scams as ‘Lucky Baskhar’ does.
The plot takes place in the late 80s and early 90s, when ledgers made it easier for fraudsters to alter records of financial transactions.
He went on to say that the film shows how the financial business of the time could be a breeding ground for fraud and manipulation, and how the perpetrators of these crimes might get away with it.

Since everything is now digital, he went on to say, “You can’t pull off a bank scam in this day and age.” It was easy to pull off scams using the ledgers that recorded transactions back then.
In addition, he said that Dulquer’s character will be multi-faceted.
The producers have also planned special premieres for the evening of October 30 in various cities across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. As of this coming October 21, the theatrical trailer will be available.
The next film starring Dulquer Salmaan is Lucky Baskhar, set to hit theatres in 2019. Venky Atluri is the man behind the camera for this Telugu flick. There will be a major debut on Diwali, which is October 31st.
The evening of October 30th will see special premieres of the film in various cities across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. October 21st is the release date of the theatrical trailer.
